Saskatoon's newest health food store, is locally owned and operated by Ellen Forsythe. Ellen truly believes in taking care of and nurturing your whole body. Although many of us would love a quick fix, it seems they do not exist, but when you incorporate healthy lifestyle changes over time we can not only heal but also begin to live life in optimum health. Here at Ellen's we believe health consists of taking care of the mind, physical body (what we do with it and what we put in it), and spirit.
We are continuously working on providing a variety of options to help support mind, body and spirit. We have healthy foods and snacks (certified organic), foods that cater to the specific dietary needs of vegans, celiacs, and diabetics.
